Stay Raphael ("we," "us," "our") operates stayraphael.com, a private, invite-only guest stay booking service. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
- Account information you provide via Google sign-in (name, email)
- Invite data (email, creation date)
- Stay request data (dates, location, room selection, guest list)
How We Use Information
- To create and secure your account (invite-only, superadmin-created)
- To send transactional email notifications about stay requests, approvals, denials, date changes, and guest adds
- To operate calendars (iCal feeds) you explicitly enable
Email Notifications
We send transactional emails about stay activity to members of locations you belong to. You can manage notifications in-app. We do not share your email with third parties for marketing.
Data Retention
We retain account and stay data while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us.
Security
All pages and APIs are gated by login. We store no location street addresses. Secrets (database, OAuth) are stored as Sensitive environment variables and never exposed to the client.
